Image Rights.

All photographic Images are property of CSK Automotive Ltd and may not be used without express written permission. Use without permission is violation of law. Land Rover , Defender , LANDROVER etc are registered trademarks of the TATA Motors Corporation and JLR. There is no affiliation between CSK Automotive and TATA Motors/Land Rover.

Insurance.

All vehicles whilst in our possesion if booked in must be fully insured and tax'd by the owner. All vehicles are then covered under our insurance on the basis of it being in for work and parked inside of our workshop. We are not held liable for any vehicles left outside of our premises.

Whilst in our possesion.

All vehicles are under our CCTV when pulled in for works for the duration of works agreed, we are not held liable for any damaged caused outside of our premises.

Vehicles with manufacture warranty.

It is the owners responsibilty to check if any manufactures warrantys are void with any works undertaken by CSK AUTOMOTIVE LTD. It is also the owners responsibility to inform us in writing over email not verbally that  in the case of any vehicles under manufacture warranty still that Genuine parts must be used not to effect the warranty on the vehicle.

Payment.

All goods and service are property of CSK Automotive LTD until full payment has been made. We are within our right to undo any work that has not been payed for for what ever reason.

Full payment must be paid and cleared prior to collecting and taken your vehicle or parts away. Any parts or vehicles that have not been paid for prior to collection will not be released until the invoice has been received and cleared.

We accept Bank transfer and Card Payments only. Any invoice above £1000.00 +vat must be paid and cleared via bank transfer. Our Card payments are capped to £1000.00 +vat.

Any person wanting to pay on card above the £1000.00 +vat limit can do so but a 2% charge of the total bill must be added to the total to cover any card payment fees.

Warranty.

Not all parts come with warranty and it is down to the customer / purchaser of the product to check prior to purchasing. If in the case of a faulty part it is down to the customer to return the item / product at their cost plus any admin / surcharge costs must be paid prior to a replacment part being sent out. 

Labour is not included with warranty of parts and any labour charges must be paid for if an item fails.

Liability.

We take as much care in our work but in the unfortunate event of an issue we will try and resolve the issue as stress free as possible. 

If any wheels have been removed whilst in our possession or if any engine oil has been drained and renewed then All wheel nuts or engine oil must be checked by the customer once they have covered 50 miles. This is to prevent any movement / loosening of wheel nuts or loss of oil. 

Paint work warranty.

We offer a 6 month warranty on our paint work, if you have any issues we will resolve within the timescale if reported to us within the 6 month period from works being paid for.

Vehicle Storage and SOR.

Vehicles being stored by us or on a Sale or Return basis must be insured and taxed by the owner and we are not held liable for any damage or total loss. It is solely down to the owner of the vehicle to make sure they have the adaquate insurance in the unfortunate case of any of the above.
 

Collection of vehicle.

Vehicles and goods must be collected within 5 working days of completion once the customer has been informed of completion. Failure to collect after this time will result in a daily storage charge of £15.00 +vat per day which will need to be cleared via bank transfer before the vehicle or goods are released.
