RC900 is used to convert surface rust areas and prevent it from getting worse. Drying to an epoxy resin laquer finish it then gives a great base to apply a top coat underseal to it.
Cavities are injected using Dinitrol high performance clear wax both underneath the vehicle and ontop inlcuding chassis holes, drainage points, inner sills, under bonnet areas and door inners.
The full undercarriage of any vehicle can be treated using 4941 Dinitrol Black or 4010 Dinitrol clear finish. Both products give a great finish and protect the vehicle from future rusting.

Our expert attention to detail is highly spoken of within the Land Rover and automotive industry with many customers travelling over hundreds of miles to have a CSK Rust prevention treatment applied to there vehicles. We Rust prevent every model of vehicle including - cars, 4x4's, trailers, campervans, taxis and both Brand new and old. CSK offer a standard entry level treatment for customers on a budget and also cater for the higher end treatment services aswell aimed at customers wishing to keep and cherish there pride and joys for years and years.
Car manufactures apply a very thin paint to the undercarriage of there vehicles and after the first year it is well known for surface rust to show so get in there first to prevent it or if its too late we offer a rust repair service which will treat the existing rust and will prevent further rusting.
Land Rover Defender 90 -
Full clean down, surface rust wire brushed and RC900 applied, Dinitrol 4941 Black underbody wax to the full undercarriage and all cavities injected with Dinitrol Clear High Performance Wax.
Our Stage 1 treatment covers the injection of all cavities - including undercarriage chassis cavities, sills, door inners and under bonnet areas using Dinitrol High Performance wax.
Our Stage 2 treatment covers the under body chassis rail sections externally in either 4941 Black or 4010 Clear.
Our Stage 3 treatment covers the full undercarriage of the vehicle externally. A thorough clean over of the vehicle and any loose paint or old product is removed before applying a top coat of either 4941 Black or 4010 Clear Dinitrol.
' The Daddy Of Treatments' known as our Extreme stage. Plastic undertrays and arch liners removed and a thorough clean over of the vehicles undercarriage. A top coat of Dinitrol 4941 Black or 4010 Clear is then applied to the full undercarriage including arch liners, chassis, axles, drop arms etc. Chassis cavities, door inners and under bonnet areas are then treated to Dinitrol High Performance Wax. All plastic trims are then reinstalled.
For all vehicles that have serious surface rust we offer a pre treatment which can be applied to the full undercarriage. Surface rust will be cleaned off and wire brushed back before applying RC900 Rust Converter throughout. Once dry we can then protect with one of our Rust Prevention Treatment Stages.

Defender rear xmembers are common for going rusty and looking grubby. We offer Rear xmember restoration using our Textured hardend paint or we can restore your member in a factory satin black finish.
Grippy texture coat in black - From £250.00 +vat
Standard satin black finish - From £345.00 +vat
( Full strip down of the old xmember paint and any surface rust removed , Etch primer and satin black top coat applied)
Additional charge for removal and refit of any steps, tow bars etc priced hourly @ £75.00 +vat per hour.
We also offer full Xmember replacements in galvanised steel starting at £1800.00 +vat
